The proposals include 550 new homes (including affordable housing) high-quality homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, catering to children of residents who want to become first-time buyers, growing families and downsizes that want to stay in the area. Our homes are specifically designed to be in keeping with Chattenden’s existing character and to complement the existing area.

In addition, a range of community infrastructure is proposed in the form of a new 2FE primary school, children’s nursery and open green spaces including play areas. A large, dedicated biodiversity area will be provided in the northwest corner of the site.
