We are bringing forward proposals of around 550 new homes, a new primary school, children’s nursery and public open spaces on Land northwest of Peninsula Way, on the northern side of Chattenden.
The site is included as an allocation in the emerging Medway Local Plan being identified as a suitable site for future homes and community infrastructure in a sustainable location. The Local Plan has been submitted for Examination to the Planning Inspectorate.
